Spring Leelanau Farm-to-Table Dinner
Chef Tero Valtonen hails from Helsinki, Finland but calls Empire home now. His repertoire for fine food is limitless, and he especially excels at cooking local, fresh farm food. Chef Tero will work with the freshest of what is available to create a delicious and enjoyable dining experience.

Early May in Leelanau County is an exciting time as new life is beginning to emerge from the forest floor and fields. We can expect some early blossoms, as well mushrooms and other welcome surprises, and enjoy an opportunity to celebrate the optimism of the coming growing season. Our farms will be working in high gear, even if many items will not yet be ready for harvest.
