Early Spring Farm-to-Table Dinner

Join us for a celebration of early spring, as we continue to enjoy our root vegetables but also celebrate the leafy greens, meats and other bounty of our local farms. We’re also looking for the first ramps and morels to emerge on the forest floor.

Our acclaimed Chef Tero Valtonen, who lives in Empire but hails from Helsinki, Finland, will prepare a wonderful four-course meal from the freshest ingredients available from our neighboring farms. Enjoy a delicious meal served at a community table with your neighbors and friends you know, or will soon know.
