We’re pleased to welcome Spring back to our home as we celebrate the equinox, when daylight re-emerges and overtakes darkness on our daily clocks. We’re also pleased to welcome back Chef Tero Valtonen after his winter stint visiting his homeland and family in Helsinki, Finland.
Join us for an early springtime Farm-to-Table feast based on Finnish cultural knowledge of eating foods that can be harvested or stored through the dark days of winter. This is the time the maple trees awaken, and sap flows to make syrup; and we know that soon asparagus, rhubarb, and leeks will be emerging from the thawing ground, and buds will be swelling on the trees.
Sign up now, and look for a menu soon.
