The following menu is presented with reverence for, and inspiration from, the winter months and the possibility of what the darkness can illuminate.

Opening Beverage:

Black Rice – Purple Daikon Radish – Turnips – Red Beets – Microgreens

Soup: “The Depths of Winter”
Carrots – Rosemary – 18 Year Balsamic – Cashew Cream

Main: “The Comforts of Winter”
Loma Farm Polenta – Beef or Black Lentil Bolognese – Greens

Dessert: “Snow Day For Adults”
Cacao Mousse – Ginger Peanut Butter – Strawberry Reduction

Closing Beverage:
House of Umami Herbal Tea Blend
A collection of herbs, flowers and plants 100% grown and harvested from Chef Loghan’s
garden.
