How We Use Your Information

  • Bookings & service: to register you, manage your reservation, send confirmations, and provide support.
  • Payments: to process transactions through Stripe and handle receipts and fraud prevention.
  • Communication: to send event info and updates. Marketing messages are sent only if you’ve opted in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
  • Site improvement: to understand how our site is used so we can make it simpler and more useful.

Sharing of Information

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share only with trusted providers who help us run our site and services—for example, Stripe for payment processing and analytics providers described below. These providers are allowed to use your information only to perform services for us.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for one year or as long as necessary to provide services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements—whichever is longer. When we no longer need it, we aim to delete or de-identify it.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booked event may be eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked event.
